Trổ tài làm THỊT HEO CUỐN NƯỚNG kiểu Italy

Thịt HEO cuốn nướng hay Porchetta là món đặc sản không thể thiếu trong bàn tiệc Italy.

NGUYÊN LIỆU (cho 6 – 8 người):

- 3kg thịt heo vai
- 1,5 thìa canh muối hột
- 1,5 thìa canh hạt tiêu
- 1 thìa canh hạt củ hồi
- 1 thìa canh rau mùi băm

- ½ - 1 thìa ớt chuông
- 5 tép tỏi đập giập
- 1 thìa canh lá hương thảo khô (có bán tại siêu thị)
- 1 thìa canh vỏ cam xay xát mịn
- 3 thìa canh dầu ô liu

- 3 lá nguyệt quế (nếu có)
- 9 miếng thịt nguội (phần có mỡ và bì)
- ½ cốc rượu vang đỏ
- Giấm
